Finally got my license! to celebrate, I went out and put about 150 miles on the jetta! so much fun to finally be able to blast around town on my own!!!

Hell yeah! Can you drive by yourself yet? For 8 months I have to drive with someone who has had their full license for 5 years, soon to be done with that my self! Have fun, but not too much.

Ahh the freedom! I got my license in February and the first thing I did was go down the freeway doing 80 in a 60 zone with the music as loud as I damn well wanted!

only 60? I got my jetta up to 102 in a 70, and I got up to 90 in a 55! so much fun!

I do not condone this when you've just been released to drive by yourself, you should get some miles on the wheel first son.
And i don't recommend that you pull the handbrake on a turn while you're still fresh meat.

And watch out for trees, they jump out of nowhere sometimes.

Oh, and make sure those top speed runs are done in a car that's had it's engine well taken care of.

Because my girlfriend's Camry's engine blew when we were going about 12o.
